Toby Carvery is a British carvery chain brand owned and operated by Mitchells and Butlers. The brand has been in operation for over 30 years. The chain of 150 restaurants serves over 21 Million meals a year and their slogan is "HOME OF THE ROAST" Sites typically open at 7am, serving breakfast until 11am (10:30am Sunday) and then carvery from 11:30am until 10pm. The brand has been expanded with the addition of a sandwich chain, under the name, Toby Carvery Sandwich Express.
